All the Wantoks out there who use Skype will be pleased to know that Skype has released Skype 4 beta 3. It looks lots and feels very much like Skype 4 beta 2. But it does included a few new features:- Bandwidth manger - used to improve call quality
- Full history feature which allows you to serach and browse past conversations and calls
- Abuse reporting feature that allows you to report users you block to Skype
- Microsoft Outlook contacts support
- Call quality feedback area
